Empowering Mental Health Professionals Through Evidence-Based Training

We are committed to advancing the skills and confidence of mental health professionals through high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy training. Led by Dr. Shukla, our programs combine clinical expertise, practical application, and hands-on learning to help practitioners develop effective therapeutic skills for real-world practice. Our workshops hold the highest RANZCP CPD endorsement under Section 3.1 Practice Development and Review, with Level II training in CBT, ACT, IPT, and Couple Therapy also accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych), UK.

Our structured training pathway supports clinicians at every stage of their professional development, from foundational knowledge in common mental disorders and dual diagnosis to advanced training in integrated psychotherapies and trainer-level programs. Through a focus on evidence-based practice, professional growth, and clinical excellence, we equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver meaningful and lasting outcomes for the individuals and communities they serve.

about us

Excellence in Psychotherapy Training and Professional Development

We provide experiential and training in psychotherapies, which encourages more health professionals to incorporate psychotherapy in their practice, as well as to inspire them to pursue more formal psychotherapy course.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

The course also covers effective therapeutic approaches for depression and anxiety, as well as a deeper understanding of cognitive schemas and core beliefs that influence emotions, behaviours, and long-term psychological well-being.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

This course provides practical training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), focusing on the role of relationships and social functioning in mental health. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies for addressing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, including the use of interpersonal and social rhythm interventions to support emotional well-being and recovery.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

The course provides practical ACT-based strategies for addressing common mental health disorders, dual diagnosis, and personality-related challenges, while developing skills in mindfulness, acceptance, and values-driven action to support lasting psychological well-being.

Couple Therapy

This course provides practical training in evidence-based couples therapy, integrating Behavioural Marital Therapy, Gottman Method interventions, and cognitive and psychodynamic approaches. Participants will learn strategies to improve communication, strengthen relationship satisfaction, address unhelpful beliefs and patterns, and foster healthier, more supportive partnerships.

Empowering Health Professionals Through Education

Discover how our evidence-based training has helped health professionals build confidence, develop practical skills, and enhance their clinical practice. All testimonials are authentic and shared with participant privacy and confidentiality in mind.

My key learnings from Couple Therapy are the importance of understanding and empathizing with both partners, remaining neutral without taking sides, and creating a safe space where each person can openly express their emotions. I also learned the value of setting healthy boundaries and building trust, which are essential for maintaining a strong and healthy relationship.

Ms Aneja

trainee

The multiple applicability of the therapy and the rapidity with which the intervention can be done. The course has also reinforced the importance of being understanding and non-judgmental, and the fact that it is the person who will ultimately help themselves, and that we are only helping them to achieve that.

Mr Zala

I was able to relate to many scenarios during the sessions. Practicing Acceptance and commitment in the proper context helps me live a more experience-rich life rather than expectations and learn how to avoid fighting with myself, situations, and others. This is a very practical and easier approach/tool with successful results for many clients to bring back to a state of being.
